One-Shoulder Satin Sheath Gown

I ordered a 6 and a 8, ended up with the 6. This dress is stunning. I wore it to a ball and it was perfect. I am 5’8 and with a 3 in heel, still had to get it hemmed, so it’s great for tall people.

I love this dress. It’s extremely comfortable on. You can wear it as a boat neck or an off the shoulder. It’s a little drape in the top, but I actually like that look. It’s great for large breasted women if you can wear a strapless bra or you can wear it boat neck style with a regular bra.

I ended up wearing this dress to my son’s wedding and chose the burgundy color, which was absolutely beautiful. It looked flattering on and I received many compliments throughout the day. The dress isn’t lined, so it does feel a bit thin, and because of that I thought the price point was a little high for the quality. That said, the lightweight material was actually a blessing during the San Diego heatwave, it was comfortable and not too warm. Overall, it looked great on me, even if the construction didn’t feel as high‑quality in person.

Beyond cheap fabric and elastic waist band. You would need a large caboose to fill out the butt ruffles!

I needed 2 formal gowns for a cruise I ordered 5 to try on and down select. This beautiful gown made on to the cruise. I purchased a 12 (I’m between a 10 & 12) and had minor alterations (around the upper back/breast area & length). This dress traveled well (minimum wrinkles). It’s also light weight perfect for the summer Overall beautiful.

I originally ordered this dress from another department store, had to return it (too small in the bust area) but they were sold out of my size. I saw it was back in stock at Nordstrom’s and jumped on it. The dress is a very pretty green, simple and elegant, but I’m not sure what happened to the quality of Nordstrom’s shipping, as I received my dress stuffed into a small bag in my mailbox and very wrinkled, and the other store sent it on a hanger folded neatly in a box. I expected better from Nordstrom’s.
