hard to put on

The way the zipper is placed, it makes it impossible to put on. The zipper should be placed on angle. Overwise very soft and cute

I love these boots. I typically wear an 8, and I bought an 8. They are easy zip up. Perfect fit. Perfect size. I really want the brown, but it's out of stock. They are comfortable. I do not know why there would be any bad reviews.
