Exactly what I needed!
I bought this eyeliner in brown and it is perfect for everyday. Not harsh like liquid or pen liners. It is very pigmented and works well on the eyelid and to tightline on your waterline. The smudger on the other side of the liner works really well!

Causes Irritation
Eyes have flared up every day since I started using this. I stopped then tried another liner, my eyes got better, then I tried this again just to see and the irritation returned. Do not buy.

NICE PENCIL BUT NO SHARPENER
