Belted Quilted Longline Recycled Polyester Vest

I purchased this vest during the anni sale in July and wore in November for the first time. I LOVED the fit and look of this jacket for to/from gym, errands, walking the golf course etc. Sadly, I washed this week according to the label (cold, gentle cycle, tumble low) and the entire vest is ruined. I washed it by itself so there is an obvious defect in the fabric. I’ve attached a photo of how the entire vest (inside and outside now look). I called Nordstrom customer service to try to return but because it’s now December, I cannot and the closest Nordstrom store is 3 hours away. They said I could go in person and speak with a manager. Very disappointed in the quality.
