Belted Longline Trench Coat

This coat is very nice. Love the fit and definitely a coat you can dress up or wear with your casual attire. I’m 5’7 and it was a nice length.

Fabric is thick and stiff. Fully lined. My issue was with fit. It was just right in the shoulders and large throughout the bodice/length. Wish it were a keeper. It’s a return.

This coat fit very strangely on me. I’m 5’7” and around 145 pounds. It was too long in the sleeves, too tight around the hips, and much too long overall. A definite return!

I chose this coat because of the single-breasted trench style and the all-cotton fabric. I was elated to get it, but it came smelling strongly of some sort of musky cologne. I don't know if this scent was put on at the factory, store, or at some customer's home who returned it. I immediately put it in the wash, but after three back-to-back washes, the scent improved but was still faintly there. It's horrible. I'm so disappointed. That's the only thing wrong with the coat. My next step is to try to steam the odor out.
