Belted Denim Shirtdress

Love this dress! I am a fan of the shirt dress style and this is a classic. It has a nice structure and the dark wash is beautiful. This dress could be dressed up for a more casual office setting but also looks great with sandals or sneakers for a more casual day look. I did find that it runs a little small, I wear a 6 in dresses and the small was too small. The medium fits well.

This dress is darling front and back, and the denim is the perfect weight to have structure but still be comfortable. You’ll look polished from the front BUT the pockets are white cotton and when you move just right, you can see the pocket lining which makes the whole dress look less put together. Plus the pockets are different lengths and different distances to the hem. Probably no one would notice when you are wearing it, but it doesn’t scream quality control. I can’t decide if I am keeping it for this reason.
