Love it! Very good quality wool, extremely warm and it looks great! I normally wear a medium but sized down for a more fitted look. Still fits great without feeling constricted.

Not fully lined. Received the item without the belt. The quality is okay. Not anything to rave about. Was nice and soft but was wrinkled. I would not recommend as an investment piece.
