Cute Shoe Runs Small
It returned the shoe and ordered a size up in 9W. I still could not get my foot into the shoe and I wear an 8WW! The strap for the heel is weird too. Great looking shoe but I don't know who is sizing these items. Returning it, yet again.

Looks good feels bad
It got the two stars for style. The toe is way too long as in most of these types of shoe (I tend to kick things and trip going up stairs with two inches added to my foot) and the material very stiff. Also no padding on footbed. Just a hard but pretty shoe.

Width not true to size
Love the classic and elegant look of these kitten heels but I unfortunately had to return because the 12WW I ordered were still too narrow and a little short. I agree with other reviewers, they definitely run small. I’ve never had a WW that fit this narrow.

Not leather
The advertized upper leather, but when I received them, inside the shoe it says all manmade materiales. Macy's does mentioned it as faux lesther.

Bella not for me
I admit I have a very wide foot however even this extra wide did not feel comfortable and I didn't like the way my feet looked. I'm sure that would be very uncomfortable no structure or padding. I usually buy WW 8 1/2 but these were tight.

Super cute but noisy
These shoes are super cute but the strap in the back is very tight and they make a lot of squeaky sounds as your walking...as if they are ready to crack.
