Bedford Rib Quarter Zip Pullover Sweater

It’s difficult to remove,when pulled from the sleeves while arms held high in the air. The material resembles a zippered sweatshirt, not sweater. I purchased an X-Large but it feels like a aModern Fit, you know slightly smaller in the chest and arms. I picked up Four cake stains from dinner. I used stain away and followed the washing instructions. Keep fingers crossed!

First, these sweaters are beautiful - I bought three but I can only wear two. The problem is one of quality control. All were sized large. As you can see from the photo, the white sweater is obviously not a large - it's two inches longer and 1.5 inches wider. The correctly fitting ones were made in Indonesia and Cambodia (not pictured), the incorrectly sized one was made in India. My criticism is not the item - again, it is a beautiful sweater and I would recommend it. My criticism is the poor quality control. Both 'large' sweaters should be the same size. I've been a loyal Lands End customer for several decades now because I've found their clothing excellent, and this error won't stop me from shopping at Lands End in the future. But I am disappointed and now I have the inconvenience of returning a sweater I would have preferred to keep.
