Distressed in the west.
I bought these boots because I always wanted to own a pair of red cowboy boots. They are pretty. The only issue is they were damaged. I had no idea. I was buying distressed boots versus new boots. The faux wood was chipped. I wish Nordstrom no matter what the price of the item is would check their product before shipping. Your customers should not receive a damaged product. quality control is just as important as shipping out the product
