WHAT IT DOES: Helps soothe tired eyes, reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, and gently remove residual eye makeup while hydrating delicate skin. HOW TO USE: Apply a small amount to the under-eye area using clean fingertips. For an eye compress, soak a cotton pad and place over closed eyes for a few minutes. Can also be used to gently remove leftover eye makeup after cleansing.
