This mascara is truly the perfect lash. It truly does it all. I love everything about it. While the basic description offered does state this is a waterproof mascara, it truly is. If you analyze the specs on the Cle de Peau website, it is waterproof. I only buy waterproof. This mascara is the best of the best & I've used them all, Maybelline, Loreal, Lancome, Estee Lauder, MAC, Chanel, YSL & many many more. This one beats them all. The brush is squared & fluffy & full & the formula provides it all. Length, definition, curls, voluminizes, smudge proof, flake proof, & a true waterproof formula. You will need an eye make-up remover. As a tip, soak a cotton pad in remover & let it sit on the lashes a few minutes to break down the product & it should do its job & fully remove the mascara. Tugging & wipping away at the lashes never work. I've removed this mascara with Bioderma, its all in the technique. Vaselline also works. This mascara is worth every red penny & I will repurchase over & over. I only wish there were more colors available.

Don't Believe The Hype
This mascara is super expensive and I expected length, separation, volume and no flaking...all I can say is I got the opposite! After only two uses it dried up and was so clumpy to begin with...I hate it! Don't waste your money.

This mascara is super expensive and I expected length, separation, volume and no flaking...all I can say is I got the opposite! After only two uses it dried up and was so clumpy to begin with...I hate it! Don't waste your money.

The Best Mascara!
For years I struggled with wearing mascara because they’d smear below my eyes & unfortunately, the raccoon look was never really cute. Luckily for me, I splurged on this mascara & have never looked for another product. I’ve been using this for about 3 years & can tell you so many great things about it. It lasts much longer than most mascaras do- I can usually stretch it about a good 6 months! I see some other customers are commenting on how tough it is to remove- this is SO true, but I’ve found the Lancôme makeup remover is this mascara’s perfect match for removal. I actually love that this mascara stays on so well- who wants smeared or runny mascara?? Buy the Lancôme makeup remover & you won’t have any issues with it coming off.

This is the one for me!
This mascara is terrific. For decades, I have been in search of the perfect mascara that won't give me raccoon eyes. I have tried Definicils, Eyes to Kill -- so many, that I can't recall all of them. I also wanted to avoid clumping, flaking, and a formula that was wet/heavy. The Cle de Peau beauty expert recommended this mascara, and she was absolutely right. It doesn't smudge, it separates, and lengthens. I like the curved application brush, as well.

I’ve been using this mascara for years. I’ve tried others and this is by far the best one. True black with “ patent “ leather shine and the best thing it’s not going to dry up or clump up stays smooth and easy to apply until the last application. The brush design adds amazing volume.
