Babycook Neo Baby Food Maker

Super great. Just what I was looking for. Makes puree very smooth. Super easy to clean. Deals heavy duty and quality. I also make smoothies for myself in the morning in it now.

This machine is so amazing! I cook my baby’s food in 20 minutes or less. It makes cooking for your baby so convenient and easy. I highly recommend

I really don’t understand how so many people liked this food maker. Every time I use it, I get angry. Very unfriendly design, everything has to match perfectly when you close it and it takes multiple tries until it fits. After 4 months of use it seems the plastic lids have changed because they don’t match anymore. Also- the blade is so hard to put. If you don’t lock it, it leaks everywhere. Now, sometimes you lock the blade, and put the container to the steamer and it unlocks it!! So if you don’t double check after you can get leaks again. When everything is locked in position and you tilt the machine (let’s say to pour the water after steaming), it leaks…. When you make the purée it’s so hard to clean the glass container somehow. I definitely hate that there’s so many things that have to match to get it to work. I don’t think a baby food maker should be so sophisticated and so terribly unfriendly to use.. The only good thing about it is the look.

I really wanted to love this, as it was the only glass baby food maker I could find on the market and I love the sleek design. But unfortunately this leaks EVERYWHERE! I have followed the instructions verbatim and no matter what I do, I'm able to get the blade in the locked position, but as soon as I stick it on the base, it apparently comes loose and it leaks. And when I go to blend, food goes everywhere and it's a nightmare to clean up - I have to transfer the food in another container while I clean it so I can put the blade back in and put the food back in to puree it more. Also when reheating the food which is a feature I was excited about, water literally leaked all over the bottom of the electrical base which is a huge safety issue. I usually don't write negative reviews, but since this is such a hefty price, I wish I would've known this ahead of time, as I purchased it months ago before I would need it. Now that I'm introducing foods, I have no idea how I'm going to make my baby homemade food since this seemed to be the most convenient way in my super busy life. I have searched high and low on the internet and there apparently no solutions to this faulty design. Super disappointed with this purchase. :(

I wanted to love this since it’s the only glass food maker I could find. The blade parts keep coming undone and it leaks water everywhere!! I’ve been using it for less than a month so at this price point, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. It worked great before the leaking started. Hoping to be able to return it!

This blender is horrible. After my first use, the blade was loosening and pieces were falling out that kept the center of the blender tight so now water and the food leaks everywhere and makes a huge mess every time I use it. It’s better for me to just avoid using it at all
