Underwhelmed
I've been eyeing this shoe for a while but I was holding off to see if they would receive any reviews. I hate purchasing products on line without feedback from consumers. Despite my feelings, I ordered this shoe anyway. First off, I was extremely dissappointed with the presentation. The shoe was just thrown in the box with all of the stuffing all around it. Not the quality I would expect from Nordstrom. Secondly, the cushion underneath the hardware appears to be separating away from the hardware. However, the cushion is very thick, which ensure you don't feel the hardware against your foot. I'm not sure if the cushion is suppose to look this way, but I'm planning to return this shoe, and reoder it to compare. I rated the shoe low for these reasons. Otherwise, I like the shoe and it's surprisingly comfortable.
