my name came out crooked
I like the idea of this bracelet but when I got it, it seemed not as classy as I thought it would be and also the letters are crooked on mine. But no returns so I’m stuck

Tarnished quickly
I loved my bracelet initially. It looked beautiful, but with more wear, it tarnished quickly. Its disappointing because I have a cheap $10 bracelet from amazon that I can wear daily and it has not tarnished. For this being custom, it would have been nicer for it to last longer.

I gave this to my 20 year old daughter for Xmas (2 days ago) and the letters don’t stay snapped together, it’s broken.
