Kayden Pull-Tie Bracelet

This bracelet doesn’t exist. I ordered the Kayden stretch heart bracelet and even received an email confirmation showing it and delivery coming with the bracelet I ordered. Once I received the package, it was a completely different bracelet and the app had the bracelet as not available to view. Then in order to return it, I had to call customer service and spend time trying to figure out why I was sent the wrong item and they didnt know either. The product on the website has completely changed to the (wrong) bracelet I received so I can’t even find the original bracelet I ordered. Then I get this email to do a review on the original bracelet I ordered. So frustrating to have such inaccurate items on the website and when I go to search for the original bracelet, nothing comes up for that name?

So first of all, I’m 100% sure this is not the bracelet I ordered as I had been eyeing a multicolored elastic style bracelet for weeks. Then somehow I ordered that and this bracelet pictured is what I got instead and the multicolored one is just MIA from the website. Anyway. This bracelet is TINY and seems like it’s sized for a child instead of a human woman’s hand/wrist. Felt like I was going to break it just trying to slip it on. Very confused and will be returning. As others have mentioned. I was expecting a multicolored heart stretch bracelet. Instead I received this. Very disappointed

I ordered a multi colored heart elastic bracelet and this is what showed up. I went and looked at my purchase history and all the pictures of the other bracelet disappeared and were replaced with this one. So weird. And frustrating. Figured I would just keep this one after talking to customer care, who had no idea what I was talking about. But!! This bracelet is TINY. Must return.
