did I receive a fake jellycat?
The jellycat I received doesn’t look like the one in the picture. The face, eyes and nose look completely different…skinny face, smaller eyes and smaller nose as well. I will be returning

Soft cute personalized with someone else name
Came on time and was the one we chose but had been personalized with the name Juliana on the ear which was not advertised. Not sure if we got the wrong one or if a personalized but be had been resold. It’s cute. Confusing for my daughter but oh well.
