What it is: An eyelid primer with a silky, lightweight formula that maximizes your eye color as it extends its wear.
What it does: It prevents creasing so that you can enjoy vibrant, lasting color all day and night. The primer also help to combat excess oil so that your eyelids don't look greasy. Its sheer, natural tint doesn't interfere with your favorite colors.
How to use: With the convenient applicator, sweep primer over eyelid before putting on eyecolor.

Game changer for hooded eyelids
This is the first product I have used that truly works for my oily skin and hooded eyelids. Eyeliner stays put all day long, no messy creases anymore! Worth every penny.

Too little product to justify the price
I didn’t read the oz when I ordered this and I was in shock when I received this item. 0.1 oz for what looks like a sample product? Definitely going back.

Eye Primer
This product works really well for my oily skin. It helps eyeshadow not crease as quickly as eyeshadow would without any product on there at all. My only issue is that the tube is really small for $19. But I do hope it lasts a while.

Effective Base That Lasts
After a half-dozen uses, I can attest that this primer works. Shadows go on smoothly and stay in place. Under magnification I can still see unevenness around some fine, practically invisible hairs-- the kind that cover the surface of skin, probably even after electrolysis. However, under normal vision these imperfections don't show. I am a little concerned about the size of the tube. Yes, it only takes a dab, but the tube is really tiny-- the smallest I've seen.

Works Great!
I love the Prime Time eyelid primer. However, they used to offer a shimmery color in addition to the original 'nude' color, which I loved. Product works great and keeps eyeshadow in place all day, can't beat that.
