Try it this way
I was disappointed at first when I tried this product. I thought that I would work as well as my Chanel concealer but it didn't. I almost gave up untile I realized that I was applying it as if it were a creamy concealer. And it doesn't work that way.
This is best application technique that worked for me: Dab a good amount of the product directly on your dark spots or problem areas. Pat it down and lightly blend. Don't completely blend it in. You want to have a lot of the bisque on the dark spots and yes it will look like you have white patches on your face. Then use the foundation all over your face and just buff the foundatioin on as usual. The bisque will blend right in but still provide coverage under the foundation. The white patches will disappear and your skin should be nearly flawless now.
Sometimes, I will follow up with more bisque if I overblended and the dark spots are showing through again. But remember that since the foundation is already on, the second application of bisque will require that you blend it in until it covers but matches the rest of your make up. Do not leave white patches.
In addition to touching up the overblended areas... I also use it under the arc of my eyebrow, inner corners of my eyes, on the bridge of my nose as a highlighter.
When you're done, set your creation with mineral veil. It will pull everything together.
Bottom line is, it does works very well. You just have to keep trying since it is very different from the creamy/liquid stuff.

Excellent concealer
My dark complexion makes dark circles around eyes extremely noticable. I've tried other concealers, yet I prefer "Bare Minerals" brand in this shade.
It also duals as an eye shadow. on area above the eyelid.

Multi Tasking is right!
Bisque is unique. I use it to cover spots on my face & also as a primer for eye shadow. When I'm in a hurry I can use it as a foundation. I have very light skin with a lot of red blotches. I'm a natural redhead. The bisque covers everything. How much of it I want to use depends on what I need it for that day. It's a wonderful product. I prefer a powder based concealer as I have very dry skin & have a problem with creamy & liquid concealers. This goes on smoothly. I use the original bisque but my daughters, who are blondes with golden skin use the summer bisque. Love all of Bare Minerals products.

Quick and easy
Easy to use with bare minerals concealer brush. Just dip the tip of this brush into the powder and apply to dark spots and imperfections. I usually do this after applying a liquid foundation. The summer bisque color was a bit pale for my medium complexion but it works okay; I expected it to be a bit darker since the description says it is for deeper and golden complexions.

Great coverage without the stickiness
I love this concealer as it gives great coverage without having the stickiness of a cream. I put it under my eyes in the morning and it lasts through the day. I have sensitive eyes and this is one of the only products that doesn't irritate my eyes.

Best Concealer Ever!
I have spider veins on my cheeks. Liquid concealers may initially cover but after an hour or so my spider veins are showing. BM Summer Bisque covers and stays all day! I stipple (sp) it on the spider veins and blend the edges. Doesn't look powdery on my skin. I have tried countless oncealers, used expensive products. BM Multi-Tasking Concealer is the best!
