Loose Mineral Eyecolor

City Lights is one of the few eye shadows I can wear without my eyes having a serious reaction. It's become a joke when I get to work, my eyes are swollen, bloodshot and red, that I probably tried a new eye makeup the day before. All that trying different companies and shades is over: I stick with City Lights and Rapture from Bare Minerals. And those are the only two that seem not to bother me from this company. So I stock up on these two colors when I can. If you have sensitive eyes, then give City Lights a try.

i LOVE BE, but i have to say the majority of thier eye colors just didnt work out for me. i have purchased multiple sets & individual colors and most of them end up just sitting on my vanity collecting dust. the problem is they dont blend well, the matte shades get cakey, the shimmer shades sort of dissapear and a arent really true to what they look like in the container. they also crease, which i expected since i have oily lids, but other brands such as NARS & MAC sort of melt and look kinda cool, which isnt the case with these. dissapointing since i love BE!

WHY are you phasing out your loose mineral eye shadows? They last forever and I have used them since the late 90’s. They blend well and are just beautiful wet or dry use. They don’t break like palletes or fall off the brush when trying to blend. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. In just threw away one from another company bc the color pigment was non existent even though it looked pretty close to the “Hope” shade you used to carry. Several palletes I’ve purchased do the same thing. I’m so lost now trying to find colors to replace yours. Just bc the shadows aren’t being carried in stores doesn’t mean you can’t have them in an online supply. Please bring back some deeper shades like your Soul sister, Hope, and greens.
