The style is very trendy. The fabric is soft and comfy. I ordered the silver color, and it goes with everything. The fabric is substantial, not light and airy. Will feel good in a movie theater when the a/c is too cold. The poncho style is more comfortable than a jacket or sweater with sleeves. You do not have to be 5'10" to look good in this. I am 5'3", and it is not overbearing.

I studied and studied reviews and videos before I purchased. For the fit and function so I would be educated on what I was purchasing. I love it. The fabric is oh so soft and I bought another barefoot dreams item immediately. I live in Texas and the fabric will suit for all seasons and that’s important I didnt want the sweater sitting in warm seasons.

I bought this as a travel wrap for holiday air travel to the East Coast instead of a bulky coat that was in my suitcase. The poncho was amazingly soft and I just loved wearing it. It was the perfect weight and coverage for traveling and I didn't feel like I was wearing a blanket. I found I wore it often during the holidays just around the house when I felt chilly. I am thinking about getting another color too.

I ordered the sand and the silver and both are almost the same washed out color of taupe. I'm blonde and have fair skin so taupe washes me out. Returning both.

Bought this in silver and love it! I have two of the BFD cardigans too and am slightly obsessed. They are just comforting! I have several tops with loose or bell sleeves, so the ruana works where the cardis do not. Am very happy with this purchase!

Lovely poncho! It is delightfully soft, and can be worn a couple of different ways. It's perfect for breezy days, as well as for travel!
