CozyChic Lite^® Long Cardigan

I now own 10 barefoot dreams cardigans, which is probably overkill but I live in them in fall - spring. This is my favorite silhouette. It drapes beautifully and can be worn very casually all the way through business casual. The solid black is lovely and nice to have a solid color when so many of my barefoot dreams cardigans are heathered colored. If you're used to ordered a S/M in other styles, I would order based on the size chart for this and you'll probably find you're a small. I'm 5'6", 135lbs, 34C bra size, size small in tops and size 6 in bottoms and the small barefoot dreams fits me perfectly. Note that I do find that barefoot dreams cardigans shrink "up" after washing them, even though I follow the laundering instructions perfectly. The don't get tighter, but they do get shorter in terms of overall length and sometimes the arms get a bit tighter. I would suggest stretching the cardigan while it's damp out of the washing machine and then lying flat to dry.

Day one wearing it. Take it off my top has black fuzz balls all over it. Get up from sofa and beige sofa has fuzz balls all over it. Wash it with the dark brown towel I’ve had forever. Towel has fuzz balls all over it. Dry myself and look what I’ve removing off my face from this sweater. Look at my bed from a second of sweater on it. From it getting all over my towel. I used a roller on my body to remove fuzz. Returning and never buying anything from barefoot again. A lot of vendors are going down cheap route now and still charging the same. This is one!!!

Very soft and cozy, nice length and lovely for wearing around the house. My only complaint is that it feels very overpriced for what it is (synthetic fabric sweater with no closures). but despite that I have kept it and enjoy it. It just feels like the sort of item you could find at Costco for under $50.

An anniversary sale win! Was looking for something soft, unstructured, but still cute for postpartum and this fits the bill. I would say it runs a little large. I straddle a 6-8 while pregnant (5’1” and currently 155lbs, due in 2 weeks) and the small is perfect, not too tight in the arms or anything. The cocoa taupe color is a little darker in person but I think it’ll be a great fall and winter pick here in California, not to mention great for camouflaging those baby and toddler stains ;)
