I got this dress for a Vegas conference. I’m 5’4, 130lbs, wide hips. Typically size 4. This dress fit great from the waste down but it was slightly big on the top. I’ll see if it can be taken in because I would love to keep it. It’s a nice alternative than a basic suit.
