Powell Diamond Quilted Jacket

Great jacket, slim fit. My husband is about 6' 3" and I ordered him an XL He does not often wear slim fit type jackets.. If you plan on wearing a thick sweater or multiple layers underneath, you may want to order a size up. If you're wearing this with a button-up and thin sweater (like the model in the picture), this jacket is perfect!

Wow is this coat great! Its looks sharp, feels great, and is the perfect weight for when the weather is between 40-60 degrees out! My only complaint is the sizing (which seems to be a theme here). I am 6' 170lbs and usually wear a 40r suit coat. I had ordered a Medium, and while it fit perfectly everywhere else, it was tight in all the wrong places when I wanted to lift my arms. My recommendation would be to order a size larger than you would normally wear and exchange down if you must. Otherwise, this coat is awesome!

Coat looks great and is well made. Ordered a large and a medium because I saw different reviews regarding sizes. I’m 5’ 8” tall and 155 lbs. The large fit great in the body, but sleeves were too long. The medium was tight in the body and tight in the shoulders (restricted movement) but sleeves were perfect. I returned both.

I have to admit that I am no stranger to Barbour coats and overall really do like their products, so far the quality has been excellent along with timeless styling. Sizing seems to be an issue with some but if you remember that these are an older, more traditional English product and are designed for a fitted/tailored look then the sizes are true. I'm 5' 10" with 42R chest, the "large" fits me perfectly with a shirt and "thin" sweater underneath. My only gripe is that at least one inner pocket would have been really useful, however it does have three outside pockets that are a good size and one is zipped for security. I got the olive color and love the way it works with casual and more formal dress, it's a total winner!

I read a lot of the reviews before buying and it kept going back and forth about the arms. I bought this as a gift and had to return it. It’s definitely an odd fit around the chest and arms. We went to the store to try the larger size and the sleeves became to long. My boyfriend has muscles but not huge arms and it fit very snug around his chest and arms. He could get away with it but for the price it wasn’t worth it since I can definitely tell the snug look. This jacket is for someone who definitely has no build and small arms.
