Hebrides Waterproof Jacket

I now live in the Pacific Northwest and have been searching for the perfect raincoat for months. I have bought different styles from different brands but always ended up returning them all. Until this one. I love the Barbour brand and have a long winter puffer coat by them. I’m a US size 8 (UK 12) and this jacket fits true to size— I can comfortably wear a sweater underneath and I don’t feel constricted. It’s a very flattering cut that’s slightly A-line and a longer length. Other positives: detachable hood that’s deep enough; waterproof but the fabric doesn’t feel slick and cheap; pockets with snaps and there’s a zipped interior pocket too; the jacket zips up for convenience and the zipper is smooth (some other brands have finicky zippers) — you can also button it up. So happy with this purchase!

It’s a quality rain jacket. The size is good. The shoulders are true to size. The body of the jacket is roomy, so there is room for layering up sweater on cold days. There is no waist line. It will be easy to wear. It doesn’t seem like it will wrinkle. I think I’ll be able to wear this jacket for years.
