This narrow white spruce tree mimics many of the beautiful details found in live evergreens with upward-sloping branches and a rich green color.
Features: It is crafted from realistic True Needle foliage for an abundant look, with main branches arranged in alternating layers to form an organic silhouette. The Easy Plug system incorporates light connections in the trunk, so lighting your tree is as simple as plugging it into a socket. The clear LED lights boast the classic glow of candlelight to give off a warm, beautiful light rather than the classic blue-ish glow of normal LED.

Branches look real
Glad we checked out display of trees at Nordstrom. Once we saw how real the branches looked on the Vermont we knew this was the right tree. The staff was very helpful showing all the options and went beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I wish Balsam Hill had it in a 7 foot. Because of our topper the 7 1/2 would be too tall.

Buyer Beware
I love Nordstrom because they always stand being their products and provide superior customer service. That is why I am troubled by their partnership with Balsam Hill. These trees are expensive, but the quality is lacking. Our tree is just outside its warranty period and half our lights no longer work. Balsam Hill refuses to work with us and we are stuck with a very expensive and useless tree. There are better options out there.

lacking quality
Quality lacking. Terrible, loose branches, top piece is damaged as metal is dented and green attachment is broken. Not worth $600 at all. Totally disappointed. Customer service is no help, I need to be inconvenienced and return full tree in order to get a new one instead of just getting a discount off for the damage. It is a hassle to have to return tree after taking it out of box. Now I have the deal with Balsam Hill to try to return tree. What a waste of money and time. Save $ and buy a real tree.

fully disappointed in this short narrow tree. definitely not 6.5 feet. I feel this was my worst Nordstrom purchase.
