Not the watch but delivery
My initial pick up date was on the 19th and the product never arrived. I've been speaking to customer service and every day I'm getting different answers. I purchased this watch because of the specified date for delivery. I have the email as proof as to when it was supposed to be delivered. This isn't great customer service. I still haven't gotten the watch.
