Nordstrom did not check order before sending out
A used disgusting veja shoe came in a golden goose box - the company didn’t check the box to make sure the correct product was in box -
What an embarrassment for company & awful experience-
Thankfully customer service was nice to help get resolved & correct item sent out - hopefully the replacement will come correct this time -
