Central Park Large Sling Bag

Bought this for a trip to Italy, that just started and on day 3, I discover fraying thread on the sling part of the bag. Love the features of this bag, but am definitely unimpressed with this issue. It’s not a major issue, but considering the price tag, think it would be be better quality.

I bought this bag three weeks ago. I was looking for a large sling bag. The bag is great with tons of pockets and well made! However, the strap is very uncomfortable and cuts into my neck. I’m sure it’s the result of putting to much in the bag but that’s why I bought a larger bag.

This most recent purchase was my 'second try';, and like another reviewer quoted here, I was VERY relieved the so-called 'phone pocket' on the strap had been jettisoned... Useless - BUT, the number of logical compartments and specific design elements make up for any minor shortcomings. I wanted something compact that would force me to reduce the amount of clutter I tended to carry, and this HOLDS everything I really need in a practical format and accessibility. I'm very happy with my new bag (Large Central Park Sling) and would buy it yet again if I need to do so!

I love the Central Park Sling, and was very happy to see the larger version with water bottle pockets. I bought the first version, which had a weirdly placed zippered phone pocket on the strap. I put my phone in the pocket behind the clip but used the pocket on the strap for small items, but it was awkwardly placed and I was thrilled to see this version without the phone pocket. This large sling is great for traveling, holds a lot, and is well organized. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the the strap is not the self -contained adjustable loop like the regular Central Park Sling. It has a long loose end, which is not the polished look Baggalini has always had. I hoped that this version would have had a corrected strap since the phone pocket was removed. Alas, still a long loose strap to deal with. Baggalini, you can do better, please!

Must have commuter bag! Holds everything I need for my commute plus being able to switch sides is clutch when out Nmand about all day. Rain resistant and easy to clean.
