Was OnTrac used?
Nordstrom, please cancel your contract with OnTrac delivery service company. The drivers rifle through our packages and steal what they want! They don’t even “attempt” to deliver the package to your house because they have already dropped it off at THEIR house. They have packaging tape in their cars/vans to reseal the boxes that they have opened. They leave the stuff in n the box that they don’t want. The drivers are thieves! Please go back to using Fed-Ex, UPS, or the US Postal Service. You and all the companies that you are selling their products are getting bad reviews from people who do not receive their products. They hire shady people who use their own vehicles and steal from your customers, Nordstrom. Is this the reputation that you want for yourselves? I didn’t think so. You aren’t saving any money in the long run. You, and us loyal customers are paying for it with hard earned money, and we have nothing to show for it except for the measly 1 star for the rating of the product. All CEO’s should rethink who they want handling their products.

Easy to store and convenient
Love love love this thing!!! So convenient it just sits in my trunk and whenever I’m at a park or family outing that is outside I just take it out and it takes like less than 5 minutes to assemble. It’s the perfect size for my 4 month old I’ve been using it since he was 2 months old and i definitely feel like I can use it for a long time. The UV cover is easy to take on and off. I haven’t used the mini pool by pouring water in it yet but I can’t wait! The quality is amazing, it is a little difficult to fold back up specifically the pool part but there are directions that come with it and if you don’t fold it up exactly right it hasn’t damaged the pool. Overall super happy with this purchase for me and my family this has been super convenient for poop parties, the beach, the park and even in the backyard to keep baby safe, happy and protected from the sun

Impossible to fold
Very cheap, see through plastic, barely stands up on its own, and is a wrinkled mess right out of the bag. But net barely stays on. Literally impossible to fold back up.
