Received the carrier with a hole

There’s warranty on the carrier, but they charge you for picking up the old one and giving you a new one, although the problem is from manufacture!!!!!

Soft fabric

Awful

I really wanted to like this carrier but I’ve used it towed so far with our newborn and honestly, it’s horrible. It is difficult to use. The fabric squishes the babies face and cannot find a comfortable fit. We are using it correctly have watched many videos on how. The fabric stretches out on the straps and the fabric continuously rides back up on my shoulders. I’m so bummed. I don’t know if this is just me or others feel bad wiring such a bad review but I’m super bummed on the cost

My Savior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carrier is EVERYTHING!! My baby girl loves it, and it’s truly made such a huge difference in my postpartum experience as a new mum of two. Being able to snuggly carry around my newborn while chasing my toddler is lifesaving. I wear this carrier multiple times a day. My daughter falls asleep in it effortlessly, and it is so comfortable for me. Well done WildBird!
