City Suite^™ Multi Level Playard

Do not buy! They do not sell replacement parts and they do not recommend any sheets (nor do they sell sheets) for this playard. So, you can only use the mattress pad that comes with it. Awkward pad too. They say it is machine washable but it gets ruined very quickly after a baby pees or poops on it. Also, seems very small.

I purchase this travel crib/playard after reading most of the reviews, and when i finally received it, i didn’t like how simple, and cheap it looks and feel for the price, so narrow on top, and doesn’t have basically support on the bottom, just the simple 4 tiny legs, no support in the middle at all. The only thing i like its that is lightweight.

I invested two days researching travel cribs, reading endless reviews, creating spreadsheets for brand comparisons and in the end selected Babyjogger City Suite. Selling points were 1. Ease of use... .It was easily carried box and all to my condo from the post boxes and set up in less than 2 minutes, 2. Price not the high end prices of Babybjorn but affordable with more options and 3. Comfort ... the mattress indeed is thick and comfortable... my 3+ month old grandson likes to hangout in the bassinet reading the warnings in orange lettering both in English and Spanish... could he be gifted and talented? Finally, I will add service. I have an original Baby jogger... my son the original occupant is 31 years old. I wrote to the company last month inquiring whether they still had parts. I received a timely response. Impressive in this day and age. I didn’t receive any products for writing this review.
