City Bistro^™ Highchair

We purchased this initially because we read good reviews and wanted something compact, foldable, but also sturdy and high quality. It certainly is compact and foldable, however our tray has now broke twice on its own and we have had to purchase yet another replacement tray. The part of the tray that locks the tray in just stops working and will not eject outwards to lock in. This is the second time this has happened (once with original tray and now with the second tray we have purchased) so this is definitely a product issue and not an issue with our use. This chair is not inexpensive and we were willing to spend the money since we will use it all the time and for the safety of our children, however we would like to warn future customers it would be worth purchasing another high chair knowing you may have to continue to spend money on replacement products.

Bought this used! Loved how compact it is! Folds smaller than my evenflo stroller in the trunk. I did notice tray had a smell after using it once and I removed the screws and to my finding there was mold along the inside and rust along the screws that hold it shut. I did disarm the entire tray, scrubbed and cleaned it! Putting back wasn't difficult at all since I used the moldy pics from previous reviewers to guide placement of springs and mechanical devices. All fresh and just like new. I did misplace straps so I will have to buy new ones but other than that I've enjoyed it so far.

I wish i read the reviews about the tray before purchasing this highchair, the tray wouldn't stay in place and my toddler keeps knocking off his food. I am so disappointed as i had planned to use this chair till my soon is 3 years and he is not even 2 yet and everything is falling apart.. I feel worse that i have recommended this product to my family and friends too because it folds away... My advise just keep searching for a better a highchair for durability sake.. I wish i saw this reviews before buying this.
