The cape looks great. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address. I called customer 'service ' about this and she was Great! She said she'd open a case and I'd get an email in Minutes! Never happened. She said someone would be getting back to me in a few days.! Never happened. This is why I shop at neiman.. yeah.
