Item is cute but cancelling an order is not.
I gave this one star because of trying to cancel NOT for the item. I tried to cancel my order after purchasing but was unable to do so. Evidently you need to cancel the order VERY quickly. I had to wait until it arrived and send it back via USPS. I am still awaiting acknowledgement that my account has been credited. I must say that the item was very cute and I bought it locally. They were being sold at Dicks and The Paper Store. I would by a 12-24 month size for a 10 month old.

Our little one does have his dad’s big head so the 12-24 worked great for our 3 month son. It stayed on well with the Velcro strap. He’s grown nicely into it now at 5 months. Will most likely last all the way until he’s 1.5 yr old. Cute aesthetic!
