LOVE it, it gives me the boost i need to get through the day and gives me the energy I need to keep up with three small children and still find time for myself to exercise. This is a game changer for me and one I will definitely keep in my arsenal! I find myself in a better mood consistently and am able to focus on our ever changing schedules better!

Nice boost of energy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely gave me energy. Almost jittery, but it was just enough - since I used it in the beginning of the day. I liked it didn’t affect my sleep. Other times taking B12 has been disruptive to my sleep. I would recommend if you need a boost of energy.
