Very comfortable, sleeves are long enough at 5’10” my true size small fits perfect the Caper color is a perfect neutral brown. It notches up perfect with a high collar. Really great faux fur for the price.

not delivered !
I don’t even know how it is fit and look but if Nordstrom will works with delivery carrier like ONTRAC they just loose they clients and loose they money , because ONTRAC worse delivery company on a market ! They don’t even understand no one languages and they delivery guys don’t have even understand what they doing ! They second time lost my packages ( delivered to wrong address ) and nobody can talk to me with you because they has worse service ever . Only auto answering on they chat. And i am put on my address additional delivery instructions but they even not take a look on it or called me. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE IN NORDSTROM !!!!!

nice faux fur
Nice faux fur, fairy soft. I got the cherry color, which looked more red in the picture. It’s actually a dark pink. So I will be returning it because I wanted red. In fact, the tag says raspberry not cherry. Size wise I normally am at medium, but went with a large and I feel that’s the right size if you want to wear a light sweater underneath. I am 32 DD and a 33 inch waist. Otherwise I think it would be too tight. But the sleeves are long, they go to the middle of my hand. The length goes to upper-mid hip. I am 5’6 for a reference. It’s a nice coat just the color is off.

Design flaw!
What a disappointment. I really wanted this coat. Blue color is beautiful. For the price, it is cheaply made. The fur isn’t as nice as it should be, the hook/eye closures are cheap, The most disappointing part is that the pockets are not placed correctly. You nearly have to reach behind yourself to use them. Very stupid design!

Great feel , too big
The feel of the faux fur is great , the xs is way too big, more like a medium.
Also the lining is synthetic and uncomfortable ( sweaty) took back.
