What it is: A lightweight, rapidly absorbed hydrating lotion with SPF 25 to nourish and protect skin.
What it does: It provides broad-spectrum protection against the damaging effects of UVA and UVB radiation while providing a dewy finish for skin. The lotion features an herbaceous scent.
How to use: Massage the facial lotion generously from your forehead to your neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Lightweight and amazing smell
Aesop failed with their first facial SPF lotion that contained a lot of zinc and just felt heavy on the skin. Thankfully, they released this new lotion in North America which was first only available in Europe and Asia (they did make some ingredients changes though). This SPF lotion is much better than its predecessor since it’s very lightweight on the skin. The smell is also amazing, if you’re into lavender. It’s not super greasy but does leave somewhat of a shiny layer on your skin; it is sunscreen after all. I’m also not a huge fan of the pump bottle since those tent to always leave some product stuck at the bottom that you’ll basically never reach.

Great moisturizer with spf
New to Aesop skincare but a big fan of this product. Soothes while protects from the sun, medium daytime hydration, and a pleasing natural fragrance. Slightly pricey but so far better than other spf moisturizers I've tried, so the price seems worth it.

Uniquely amazing
I’m finding that it’s worth the money for the scent alone, which smells like it was crafted with the rarest and most beautiful ingredients on earth. If you’re a fan of Aesop products, you probably already know how uniquely amazing each Aesop product smells, and this one’s no exception. According to Aesop’s website, the moisturizer’s aroma is known as “herbaceous,” but I like to think of it as taking a whiff of a fragrant bouquet of plants and flowers from some enchanted garden.
