Silk Joggers

Loved the slouchy look of these pants in the photos. And they were 100% silk, so I had to have them. In the photos, the material looks very matte and in a heavier silk. When I got them, the material was very shiny and thin. They looked like pajama pants. The biggest problem was that although the the pants are a baggy/slouchy fit they were shockingly uncomfortable. I guess the seat/crotch was too short for my pelvis because when I bent over or sat down, it felt like someone was pulling up my pants and giving me a wedgie. Very strange, but I've never had such a problem with any pants. I went to the store to try on a bigger size (size small), but the waist was too big and loose but the crotch still felt a bit uncomfortable when I sat down in the fitting room bench.

These pants are so awesome. I am 5’2”, 110lbs and they fit the wonderfully. They are super comfy and the material is so light. I can dress this up and down. The fabric is quite delicate so these pair of joggers should not be used to do any sort of physical activity or they will rip. Other than that, gorgeous color and fit!

So the thing is u gotta size up one when u buy silk pants bc when u sit the rear should stretch but silk does not. So there is that. The other think is these are one of those pieces that needs to be altered a bit to fit. Get a good seamstress for them. Anyway, I love them and now that it’s “winter” I wear them often…in Fl. They are thin.
