Beautiful, but impractical.
The cookware is strikingly good looking but very hard to use. The pots are extremely heavy, which I guess should be expected given the construction, but the handle width is totally out of proportion to the weight of the pot making it almost impossible to pour anything from any pot without two hands, and there are no second handles for anything other than the stock pot and Dutch oven, so you literally have to grab the pot itself. I do not lack strength, and my hands are not huge, so I have no idea how anyone with larger hands would manage these pots. The Dutch Over / stock pots are fine as those are two-handled pots so its not a problem, but everything else is problematic. The saucier lids slide around on the top of the pot, which another reviewer pointed out and I ignored. I purchased a whole set of pots as it was time to upgrade my 45 year-old Revereware. I would not do it again.

Impressed right out of the box
I recently purchased a set of stainless steel cookware, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Straight out of the box, the quality is evident—these pieces are sturdy, have a beautiful polished finish, and feel like they’re built to last.
I’ve already used a few pans, and the heat distribution is fantastic. Everything cooks evenly, and it’s so satisfying to get that perfect sear on meats and vegetables. While I know stainless steel requires a bit of care, following tips like preheating and oiling the pan has made cooking easy, with minimal sticking. So far, they’ve exceeded all my expectations!

Scratches on Premium Cookware
I recently bought the Demeyere Atlantis 9-piece cookware set for the holidays. The set is solidly built, but I've noticed several scratches or scuffs on the new pans and pots. While these don't impact functionality, they feel disappointing for a premium product. Given the brand's high-end reputation, I believe the quality assurance could be improved.

Premium, Heavy, and Impressive
Just got them today, but so far I’m very impressed at the quality. The main box was a bit destroyed from shipping but everything inside was just fine - there was lots of padding for which I’m grateful.
These operate completely differently from other induction pans - they heat up faster, retain the heat better, and at least thus far after one meal have been very easy to clean with zero residue or stains leftover. I’ve been told these can look brand-new 30 years down the line with proper maintenance, and I’m looking forward to seeing if that’s true.
I’ll also note that the rivet-less design is incredible - the inevitable black grime that coats the inside of my other pans is a thing of the past. These pans are well-thought out, right down to the thumb-rest indent on their handles.
