Great Jacket. Tight around the bicep area

I love this jacket. The weather is nice, kind of has that worn and look which I like. If it's brilliantly everywhere. But for whatever reason, the upper arms are kind of tight. I wouldn't be able to wear more than a T-shirt underneath and it's still kind of snug but only there. Very strange. My arms are not big. However, they are a little muscular? Dunno why.
