What it does: Formulated to penetrate deep into muscles, this roll-on gel treatment contains menthol and methyl salicylate along with arnica to help target unwanted pain.
How to use: Massage the gel into the affected area. Reapply 3-4 times a day. Apply after a hot bath or shower for better absorption.

I love this
I have been using this on my knee, neck and shoulders for a month. It is the only topical that has provided any relief and it works quickly and lasts several hours. I don’t take anything oral for pain and this has allowed me to remain active.

Overwhelming menthol smell
For anyone with sensitive skin, I would issue a word of caution. This product has a huge menthol smell - similar to drug store brands that scream "arthritis cream" and the ingredients caused a skin reaction on my legs. Too many smells have been added to the product AND it wasn't effective at all for me.

Amazing product
