Would do a size down
My son is in a ex-large shirt and a large bottom. Bought underwear in a large and they are a lot bigger IMO. He would be could with a size medium. I just put these up because they grow so fast, I’m sure it won’t be long but j would size up

Great for boys who are becoming young men
My son is very skinny and it takes a lot to find underwear to fit him and give him the compression he needs. These are perfect! The fit, the textures and fabric and even the patterns work so well for him!
