Because Nordstrom Uses OnTrac, I never Received
Nordstrom continues to use Ontrac aka LaserShip for deliveries which means we don’t receive our orders. Not sure why Nordstrom wants their name tarnished with the most unreliable delivery service not to mention an unethical one who has been involved with illegal activities and ongoing lawsuits other than Nordstrom does not care about their customers. This year alone, I DID NOT receive approximately 12 orders due to OnTrac.
