Ashby Waxed Cotton Jacket

Great looking jacket and great quality. The fit is pretty superb. It is tailored fit jacket, so it's more fitted than the regular, but not cut as narrow as the slim. I found this to be the perfect fit for my body type. I typically wear a 42R of 42S in men's jackets. Most brands of men's jackets are sized 38-40" for Medium and 42-44" for Large. Being that I measure at the bottom range of large, I rarely find a jacket that fits correctly. Either the medium is too small or the large is hanging off of me. Not in this jacket. The 42.5" measure of the large coat fit perfectly. The other problem I often find is that the arms are too long in jackets for me when I have to size up, because I don't have particularly long arms. Sleeve length on shirts are usually 32-33" Again, not the case with this coat. The arm length was near perfect for me. Although, I can see how someone taller with longer arms may find a problem with this and would have to size up. But if you are an average height male like myself (5'8") with a medium build, you will probably find this jacket to fit quite well.
