Avoid scrubbing with steel or pointy materials and let the pan cool down first before soaking or running it in water. After cleaning, wipe with soft cloth or tissue to remove and prevent water marks then store in your kitchen cabinets. Carbon steel cookware is required re-seasoning to prolong use.
