smooth effect!
This is a great brush - but not for applying foundation. Use it after you have applied foundation and given a moment to set. Then use this brush over your face - i never knew how much foundation was settling in my fine lines and not so fine lines. Result - more "airbrushed" and smooth effect.

Good, but not as good as Oval 8 Brush
I bought this to replace my broken Oval 8 Brush (snapped half way down handle - got used to holding the actual head to use it) However I do feel like the density is different to the handled brushes and makes it a little harder to work product into the skin. Its also harder to blend product due to the density.

The Rolls Royce of makeup brushes
I own many makeup brushes, most from Trish McEvoy, BobbiBrown and others. This surpasses every brush I own. It feels luxurious and my makeup looks airbrushed.

Love artis!
Love Artis brand brushes. Very high quality. I can see this being great for body bronzer/highlight or even body foundation when covering imperfections.

Wonderful brushes
I bought this brush along with a set of smaller brushes. These brushes are truly amazing, but I decided I didn't care for the size of this brush for facial applications (too large). This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The Artis brushes work so well for foundation, concealer, powder, etc. and I really love that they don't absorb my expensive products.
