Amazing eyeshadows.
I like these 22M and 18M eyeshadows. It has beautiful matte color. It Blends very well. Doesn't work if you have drooping eyelids, by the way, because the shadows are liquid and don't have time to dry when you open your eyes. Imprints on the drooping eyelid.

I wanted to love it...
I wanted to love this as I have read other great reviews. I tried with primer, without primer; using their applicator, using my own brush... and nothing mattered or changed how it looked on my eyelid. It dries splotchy on me. So disappointed.

Not the color I was hoping for
I thought this shade (22M CASHEW) would be a neutral shade of light brown, but on my fair skin it has an orange undertone. Unfortunately, it does not look good on me. I also thought, based on several YouTube reviews, this product would be much more fluid. The product I received seems dryer and thicker/creamier.

Works well. Would recommend purchasing in person rather than online as some of the colors are far more vivid in person than online, so be cautious. The beige color is a great example. In real life, it resembles the color of a peach crayon and holds no relation to anything beige. Beyond that, the consistency is great and the matting aspect is just right.

Arrived shattered
This is a review of the shipping and the resulting customer service, not the product itself. The item was placed in a paper mailer with no padding or bubble wrap, and it arrived with the box torn, shattered open and the liquid dried out. It cannot be salvaged.
I called Nordstrom customer service to request a replacement and was told that Nordstrom "would contact" me by email. I offered the representative a photo and she brushed me off, saying it wasn't necessary. The representative wasn't helpful, and it's still unclear to me if I will be receiving a replacement or a refund.

I really liked this but it came completely broken… Nordstroms packed it terrible in an envelope with no packing paper for protection, my whole order is damaged. It’s frustrating because another item I ordered is cancelled due to out of stock. Not sure what’s going on but Nordstrom is typically my go too and they have been dropping the ball. I completely understand accidents happen. Just disappointing.
