Heritage Stretch Fit Western Boot (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these boots, along with the Round Up Collins D Toe Western Boot and Desert Holly Western Boot, to try on and see which I liked best. Initially, this pair was the one that caught my eye first. I did like them, but ultimately ended up deciding to keep the other two and to send these back. I really liked the Desert Holly Western Boot because of the round toe. They reminded me of a classic pair of boots that I grew up riding in and since I'm trying to get back into riding again, these fit the bill. Then I decided to keep a second pair of boots for "going out" - special events like rodeos and horse shows. I was torn between the Round Up Collins D Toe Western Boot and the Heritage D Toe StretchFit Western Boot so I asked a bunch of friends and family and the majority liked the looks of the Round Up Collins D Toe Western Boot better. I don't think you can go wrong either way... it's really a matter of personal preference. One thing to note is that the Round Up Collins D Toe has a really tight instep (for me at least) and compared to the other two boots. They are starting to loosen up some, but I might take them to Boot Barn to get stretched. I got the Desert Holly boots with the round toe in size 8. I also got both D Toe boots in size 8 initially, but they seemed a little big with the snip toe, so I got them in size 7.5, which seemed to be a better fit.
