I originally bought this shoe because of the name-it’s my name! When I got them though, I slid them on and oh my gosh, they are so comfortable! I got the Modern Ivory-love the color. Glad I got them because they sold out fast. They are true to size.

Ummmm..????
I have “Sam” boots, booties, sandals, wedges, ballet flats, pointy flats, loafers, lug sole loafers and more…let’s just say Sam is one of my favorites(LOVE!). But these particular platform sandals(so cute btw) are so uncomfortable. I have worn 3 times and have new blisters every time I wear them! Sam-you’re my guy~WHAT HAPPENED???!!!

I ordered my normal size that I wear 97 percent of the time and these were a full size too big - so order down. They were also very wide and “clunky”/heavy. I tried to make the buckle go on the smallest hole and still my foot just slid out the top. I can see how if they fit right for someone, they would be very comfortable as the padding seems like it would be very comfortable but the sizing was way off for me. Lastly, because of the air insole, they made an air sound with every step - very odd. I wish these worked as I love the idea of them, but just not for me.

Slapping sound

Cute but....
The shoe is really cute but I had to return because the inside edge of the sandal sticks up so far that it digs into my foot. Every time I would try to walk it was cutting into my feet and my feed are not wide. I am a medium in width.

Worth the Wait
Let me start by saying, I LOVE SAM EDELMAN! One of my favorite shoe designers. I saw these sandals last summer and wanted them immediately but they were sold out of the Ivory in my size (6.5) for months! I even tried other retailers in hopes to get a pair but no luck! A few weeks ago I check again and VOILA....there they were available in Ivory, in my size and the best part....ON SALE!! They are so comfortable and so stylish. I cannot wait until Spring/Summer to wear them!
